Product Delivery Estimate
Please allow 1-2 Weeks for Product Delivery.

Shipping and Processing will be delayed on the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Standard Product Warranty
Warranty will only cover Manufacturer Defects. Warranty Claims must be filed within 7 days of Receiving the Product (Product Delivery Date). Any modification or disassembly will void all Warranties. Warranty is Voided if customer damages product in any way including Improper use or operation. Claims will be determined by Shop Airsoft Guns. Item must be in new condition with all packaging and accessories. Our Warranty does not cover Cosmetic Defects, Performance, Accuracy, Quality or Satisfactory Use.

Manufacturer Defect product(s) will be repaired or replaced with a like item, upon return. Customer will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us and the cost of shipment of the replacement product. Please do not send or contact us about product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds / exchanges for non-qualifying items.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Manufacturer Defect product(s) will be repaired or replaced with a like item, upon return (see full details above).

Cancellations
We charge a 15% restocking fee on Cancelled Orders and may also charge the Cost of Shipping depending on when the Order is cancelled.
